At Animestitchz, all of our products are made to order. This allows us to create high-quality, custom anime-inspired items just for you.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are made to order

  • Processing time is 2–3 weeks before shipment

  • Processing time includes production, quality checks, and packaging

Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Time

  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Estimated shipping times will be shown during checkout when available.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delays

Because our items are made to order, delays may occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Holidays

  • Carrier delays outside of our control

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Animestitchz is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
